People experiencing burnout are in a state of total exhaustion; it could be physical, emotional, mental or a combination of all of them. It is important to be aware that today's lifestyle requires some adaptations in terms of rest and breaks. We will look at causes from a holistic perspective, give some questions for reflection and look at it from different perspectives (such as TCM, Ayurveda and conventional medicine), and will show you a sequence of yin yoga exercises that will help you with healing and are preventive at the same time.

Learning Objective:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Describe some causes of burnout and demonstrate exercises that will promote healing and improve their well-being.
