Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This session will explore how non-linear thinking can help the project manager to plan and manage holistically by examining real-life scenarios. We will describe typical cross-dimensional scenarios that illustrate the need for non-linear thinking and examine how embedding risk management in our thinking will help projects avoid mistakes and embrace opportunities.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Apply non-linear thinking to integrate risk management into all project management domain activities. (2) Apply simple principles to achieve complex results.
